What is the function of ADD TO CART?
To add your intended items of purchase to the shopping cart, it works similar to your basket when youare shopping in a store. You can add multiple Items to your cart and review them before completing the purchase for these items.

Is it safe to pay online?
When you pay online by credit card, your transaction occurs over a secure Internet connection, and your information is encrypted. The secure connection protect your transaction, from the instant you enter your personal information to the moment you enter credit card information and receive payment confirmation. Transactions are transmitted using one of the strongest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols available. Your confidential information is encrypted so that it cannot be altered or embellished during transmission.

How do I purchase if I'm interested in a product on Rapidu.com?
You can purchase using one of the following options:

Click on the "Add To Cart" button next to the product you want to buy and fill in the required detail when the page appears.

How do I pay for my purchases on Rapidu.com?

You have the flexibility to choose to make your payment via:

Credit Card or Maybank2U for cash and cheque deposit

 

How do I know if my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order, an Order Acknowledgement screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You will also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details.

Can I add to an existing order?
You can add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order. Once the order is confirmed, you cannot add items to the same order. If you would like to order additional items, you will have to place a new order.

Can I self collect?
No.

How long will the delivery of my purchase take after the payment has been completed?
Provided there are no issues with the order, it should take 1 business day for anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia and 3-5 business days for anywhere in East Malaysia.

How do I know when the goods will be delivered to me?
We will send a delivery notification email to the email address provided.

Does someone need to be around when the product arrives?
Yes, our logistics personnel will need to confirm the receivers details based on the information provided.

How much is the delivery charge?
Here at Rapidu.com, we make every effort to keep delivery charges as low as possible. For most items we are able to provide free delivery to Anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia, but for certain items this is not possible. For those items which we cannot provide free delivery, the delivery charge for Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor Bahru is RM6.40 for the first 0.5kg and RM1.85 for every additional 1.5kg. For all other locations in Peninsular Malaysia, it is RM7.15 for the first 0.5kg and RM2.20 for every additional 0.5kg.

Unfortunately at this point in time, we are unable to provide free delivery for any items to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan due to the much higher postage costs to East Malaysia. Our delivery charge for East Malaysia is RM17.70 for the first 0.5kg and RM7.15 for every additional 0.5kg

Throughout the site, the prices quoted for our products do not include the delivery charge. When you put an item in your basket, a delivery charge will be added automatically before your payment. You will always be able to see the total price of your order and delivery charge before you buy.

Can I return a product and get a refund?
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make at Rapidu.com, so if for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product within one week of the date you recieved it. We will pay for the return of the product and provided  the item is not damaged and none of the included items are missing, we will provide a full refund.
